Our Story

Team Techito was born from a dream to turn a personal passion into something bigger. What began as a hobby, hosting travelers in our home around a decade ago, evolved into a full-time career rooted in care, creativity, and connection. We are Fernando and Margarita, lifelong travelers and Airbnb guests ourselves, with a deep love for hospitality and a vision to build something exceptional for both guests and homeowners.

Originally from Venezuela, we bring diverse and unique backgrounds to our work - Fernando spent over 15 years in the internet/tech world as a Product Manager, while Margarita worked as a Journalist and Professional Musician. Our love for travel has taken us to dozens of countries and over 50 unique Airbnbs around the world, shaping our view of what great hosting should feel like: warm, thoughtful, and effortless.

Since hosting our first guests in 2016, we’ve built Team Techito into a boutique hospitality company that reflects everything we value - meaningful human connection, reliable service, and homes that feel like sanctuaries. We’ve dedicated ourselves to learning, refining, and elevating our systems to deliver the kind of experiences we once searched for as guests.

Today, we live in Colorado with our two dogs, Honey and Oso, and are proud to lead Team Techito with our hearts and hands. Every property we manage is a reflection of our personal standard - and we treat each one as if it were our own.

Fernando Delgado

CO-FOUNDER
Fernando enjoys focusing on the Tech, Data, Operations, and Sales of Team Techito. His background encompasses 15+ years as a Product Manager at Google, YouTube, and Yahoo. His current hobbies include playing the acoustic guitar, investing in his mental and physical health, and connecting deeply and meaningfully with other beings.
His super power is extreme determination and execution.
Margarita Oropeza

CO-FOUNDER
Margarita is passionate about Interior Design, Hiring/Training, and Crafting the Brand we share on Social Media. Her background encompasses over a decade of Live TV Production, PR, and Song Writing. Her hobbies include arts & crafts (especially with her kids), immersing herself in a good book, and discovering new culinary flavors, especially if they come out of her kitchen.
Her super power is limitless empathy towards others.
Meghin Gani

HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Meghin thrives at the intersection of Leadership, Logistics, Family Systems, and Operational Excellence. With a degree from the University of Michigan and over a decade of experience leading teams at Mary Kay and beyond, she now orchestrates the daily complexity of the GaniHaus with unmatched grace and grit.
Her super power is attention to detail and energy.
