Fernando and Margarita are wonderful hosts! The house was perfect and exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed looking at all of the art on the walls. Fernando and Margarita have done a great job ensuring the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and cookware. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Fernando and Margarita were exceptional hosts, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The house itself is fantastic – spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our group of 9 plus two dogs. It’s well-equipped with everything you could ask for, including a stunning chef’s kitchen that made cooking a joy. We truly felt at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We found the house very clean and in person…better than true to the pictures on-line, it is decorated in such a cool Colorado way with beautiful enlarged mounted local photos…very well stocked kitchen and blankets, etc., super-cool game room, and lovely sun-porch and outdoor patio area! We will book here again in a heart-beat! Fernando and Margarita are super sweet, very responsive, helpful, attentive hosts!! They are amazing…and in kind we tried to be very respectful of their space…it is such a cool place and we hope that every new guest who stays there….will treat it as they treat you!!

We had a great stay at Fernando's place. It was really clean and the furnishings were upgraded and cozy. The home was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. We enjoyed the art work throughout the home, as well.

I was traveling to Colorado with my parents (their first visit to the US) my partner, her parent and a dog. This caravan found the house amazing.

The house is well managed and Fernando was on point with communications, informing us in detail via a manual and through real time communication.

What a great home. It's well-stocked like you can live there; plenty of kitchen equipment like it's your own home. Nice upgrade fixtures, furnishings, and trim in the home. Property manager was incredibly responsive and attentive to a minor maintenance issue. Touches like fresh flowers make the management team of this property first rate. I hope to stay here again.
